In this Schedule, “young person” means a person who, at the time the offence is committed, is or, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, appears to be twelve years of age or more but under eighteen years of age.

À la présente annexe, « adolescent » s’entend de toute personne qui, au moment de la perpétration de l’infraction, est âgée d’au moins douze ans et n’a pas atteint l’âge de dix-huit ans ou qui, sauf preuve contraire, paraît avoir un âge compris entre ces limites.
