Summary
This enactment amends the Agreement on Internal Trade Implementation Act. It removes the requirement that the consent of the Attorney General of Canada be given before private action may be commenced in respect of an act or omission contrary to the agreement. This is limited to certain specified subjects. This enactment binds Her Majesty in right of a province.
