SHORT TITLE |

| Short title
|
1. This Act may be cited as the
Remembrance Day National Flag Act.
|
|
|
|
INTERPRETATION |
|
| Definition of
``federal
premises''
|
2. In this Act, ``federal premises'' means
land or buildings owned or occupied by Her
Majesty in right of Canada.
|
|
|
|
NATIONAL FLAG OF CANADA |
|
| National flag
of Canada at
half-mast
|
3. On Remembrance Day, the national flag
of Canada shall be flown at half-mast for the
entire day on federal premises throughout
Canada.
