1. (1) The definition ``enterprise crime
offence'' in section 462.3 of the Criminal
Code is amended by striking out the word
``or'' at the end of paragraph (b.1) and by
adding the following after paragraph (b.1):

(2) Paragraph (c) of the definition
``enterprise crime offence'' in section 462.3
of the Act is replaced by the following:
