SUMMARY |

This enactment amends section 161 of the Criminal Code. Where an
offender is convicted of a sexual offence, the enactment permits the
court to make an order prohibiting the offender from being in a dwelling
house where the offender knows or ought to know that a person under
the age of fourteen years is present and that the person having custody
or control of the person under the age of fourteen is not present.
