Summary
This enactment changes the name of the Corporation to “Mennonite Church Canada”; revises the constitution of the Corporation, including its objects and powers; makes other changes to the Act in order to more accurately reflect the nature and scope of the Corporation’s current activities and to adapt the Act to modern conditions and circumstances; and makes technical and incidental changes to the Act.
