SUMMARY |

This enactment amends the section of the Criminal Code dealing
with prohibited sexual acts committed with children who are under the
age of fourteen years or in the presence of children under the age of
fourteen years in that it prohibits such acts where they are committed
with children under the age of sixteen years or in the presence of
children under the age of sixteen years. The enactment also provides for
a minimum sentence of five years imprisonment for anyone convicted
of an offence under sections 151 (sexual interference) and 152
(invitation to sexual touching) of the Criminal Code.
