CONDITIONAL AMENDMENTS |

|
97. If Bill C-49, introduced in the second
session of the thirty-fifth Parliament and
entitled An Act to authorize remedial and
disciplinary measures in relation to members
of certain administrative tribunals, to
reorganize and dissolve certain federal
agencies and to make consequential
amendments to other Acts, is assented to,
then, on the later of the coming into force of
section 2 of this Act and section 3 of that Act,
the schedule to that Act is amended by
striking out the following:

99. This Act or any provision of this Act
or any provision of any Act enacted by this
Act comes into force on a day or days to be
fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
