SUMMARY |

This enactment eliminates the subsidy on both wheat movements to
Mexico and grain movements to Thunder Bay or Armstrong that are
subsequently backtracked by rail to destinations in the United States. It
also authorizes the railways to implement demurrage, car storage
charges and despatch.
