SUMMARYThis enactment amends the Criminal Code to include, for interception of private communications purposes, the offence of prohibited insider trading in the definition of offence in section 183.

R.S., c. C-46Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
