1. This Act may be cited as the Falconbridge Limited Acquisition Act.Publication of undertakings and demands
2. Notwithstanding any provision of any other Act of Parliament, the Government of Canada shall, within 60 days after this Act comes into force, publish in the Canada Gazette(a) all written undertakings given to Her Majesty in right of Canada under the Investment Canada Act in respect of the acquisition of Falconbridge Limited by Xstrata PLC in 2006; and(b) all demands sent by the Minister of Industry under section 39 of the Investment Canada Act in respect of those undertakings.Published under authority of the Speaker of the House of Commons
