SUMMARY |

This enactment repeals An Act to incorporate the Western Canada
Telephone Company, in order to remove from the laws of Canada
obsolete provisions that restrain that company from operating across
Canada and provisions that became redundant following the
continuation of the company under the Canada Business Corporations
Act on February 22, 1993.
