SUMMARY |

This enactment establishes the Department of Agriculture and
Agri-Food with a presiding Minister to be appointed by commission
under the Great Seal of Canada with the powers, duties and functions
as therein set out, and a Deputy Minister to be appointed by the
Governor in Council, with provision for employees.
