TRANSITIONAL

Validity of forms

185. Every instrument and document entered in the register book under Part I of the Canada Shipping Act during the period beginning on November 28, 1991 and end ing on December 31, 1995 is deemed to have been, notwithstanding any provision of that Part respecting the form of instruments and documents, in the form required under that Part.

An Act to incorporate the pilots for and below the Harbour of Quebec

186. Section 5 of An Act to incorporate the pilots for and below the Harbour of Quebec, chapter 123 of the Statutes of the Province of Canada, 1860 (23 Vict., c. 123) is re pealed.

187. Subsections 6(1) and (2) of the Act are repealed.
