An Act to amend the Parliament of Canada
Act (constituency allowance)

1. Section 63 of the Parliament of Canada
Act is amended by adding the following
after subsection (3):
|
|
|
|
(3.1) For the purposes of subsection (3), the
electoral district of West
Vancouver - Sunshine Coast is deemed to be
listed in Schedule 3 to the Canada Elections
Act.
