| Coming into
force

129. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act
or any of its provisions or any provision of
any other Act enacted or amended by this
Act comes into force on a day or days to be
fixed by order of the Governor in Council.

(2) Section 114 of this Act and section 23
of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement
Act, as enacted by section 126 of this Act,
come into force on the day this Act is
assented to.
